David is a Mesquite native and has attended Mesquite Church of Christ for most of his life. He has served the congregation as a deacon beginning in 1991 and as an elder since 2004. He loves to sing and is a regular song leader. He also teaches the young families' Bible class.
David and wife, Debbie, were married at the Mesquite Church of Christ in 1980. They have three children - James, Leslie Frantz and Michael. David's parents, P.M. and Sue Belt, were members of the Mesquite church for almost 50 years and served the church in numerous ways.
David works in the family business serving as Chief Financial Officer of White Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate and commercial lending business. Debbie is a former school teacher and now is a full time homemaker.
David's favorite scripture text is Romans 8:28-39 and the family motto is "God is so good".
